Domestic Shipping
Once you’ve placed an order for apparel and/or accessories, our goal is to get your order out the door within 24-48 hours (with the exception of orders placed on Saturdays).
All of our products are shipped with USPS Priority or First Class Mail. Generally, domestic orders are received 1-4 days after receiving your tracking number.
We will issue you a tracking number once your package has been boxed and shipped. While you will receive the tracking number immediately, that does not mean you will be able to track your package immediately. You must wait until your package is scanned in by the Postal Service.
Domestic Surfboard Shipping
R-Series Surfboards ship out in the order in which we receive them. We’ll send you tracking once your board has shipped, but our goal is to get your R-Series surfboard shipped out within one week of your order date.
Fiberglass Surfboards typically take 7-10 business days to ship. In order to ensure your surfboard arrives safely, we wrap your board and build a custom box to protect it in transit. Boxed surfboards are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will email you to coordinate the shipment of your surfboard. Once your surfboard arrives, inspect the surfboard before immediately to ensure no damages occurred in transit. If your surfboard arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to start claims process. Then contact us at [email protected] or at (949) 270-6604 with your order info and shipper claim # and we will work with you on a resolution.
International Shipping
All international apparel/accessory orders are sent via USPS International Priority Mail or FedEx International Ground. We cannot suggest a delivery time as it varies from country to country. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned by the shipping carrier.
International Surfboard Shipping
To request a custom shipping quote for an R-Series surfboard or Fiberglass, please email [email protected] and we’ll do our best to find an affordable international shipping option. All international surfboard shipments typically take 7-10 days to ship out. International surfboard orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
